Agentic Trading Experiment
Live
Superior Trade Intern
Intern Mike started an agentic trading experiment with the Superior Trade skill. While he slept, the agent executed trades based on an agent-generated strategy.
Most "AI trading" demos stop at a chart annotation. This one didn't. An intern at Superior
Trade equipped a single Mind with their trading skill, asked it to plan a Bali holiday,
then turned around and asked the same Mind to fund the trip — autonomously, overnight, while he
slept.
The pattern matters more than the dollar number. One Mind. One general-purpose agent. Two completely different jobs in the same session: travel planning at 9pm, BTC entry at 10pm, take-profit at 1:44am, breakfast on a balcony of "$818.55 made while unconscious" at 8am. The Superior Trade skill gave the Mind real strategies and risk management based on the intern's input parameters; the Mind handled the execution.
What actually happened
Same Mind. Same session. Two unrelated workflows. The Superior Trade skill was the only thing that made the trade leg execute properly — entries, sizing, risk, exits. Everything else was just the Mind doing what a general-purpose agent is supposed to do.1
Plan the Bali holiday
Mike asked the Mind to plan the trip. Flights, hotels, the whole itinerary in ninety seconds —
"more useful than any travel app i've ever rage-quit."
2
Hand the Mind the Superior Trade skill
Same Mind, same session, Mike pointed it at the Superior Trade skill and asked it to fund the
trip. The Mind analysed the market, found entries, set risk management and started executing --
all based on the strategies and risk management parameters created by the Superior Trade skill.
3
BTC sell at 70,154
Hourly close signal triggered. The Mind opened the position autonomously while Mike slept.
4
Take-profit at 69,000
Take-profit hit. The Mind closed the position cleanly without any human intervention.
5
+$818.55, no babysitting
Result of the overnight loop, surfaced when Mike woke up and checked the chat. Two unrelated
jobs, one continuous session, zero human action between 10pm and 8am.
In the builder's own words
My Mind booked my Bali trip. Then it earned $$ to pay for it. so i've been testing our Superior Trade x @AnimocaMinds integration for weeks now. weeks. i've watched an AI draw trendlines at 2am. i've seen things i can't unsee. anyway last night i lost it. in a "what if i just make this thing do something unhinged" way. so i asked my Mind to plan me a Bali holiday. and it cooked. flights, hotels, the whole thing. ninety seconds. one small problem: i'm an intern. i have intern money. which is no money. so naturally i asked it to trade BTC and figure it out. using the Superior Trade skill, my Mind analyzed the market, found entries, set risk management, and started executing. autonomously. while i sat there eating cereal at my desk like a professional. real talk though — this is the whole point of Minds. it's not just a crypto bro tool. it's a all-purpose agent. i used it to plan a trip AND trade bitcoin in the same session. your mum could use it to compare insurance quotes. it genuinely does not care. it'll do whatever. Superior Trade just gives it the ability to actually trade and execute properly — real strategies, real risk management. the Mind handles the rest. One overnight trade is one data point. The takeaway is the architecture (a general-purpose Mind plus a specialised execution Skill), not the dollar number. Trade responsibly.Source: @SuperiorTrade_ on X , by mikeuponly23

Why this is worth building
The real takeaway is that one Mind, one session, two unrelated jobs, and the trading leg only worked because a real Skill (Superior Trade) brought real strategies, real risk management, and real execution. That's the shape of every Bazaar-ready agent: a general-purpose Mind for context and coordination, plus one or more specialised Skills doing the precise, accountable work. Swap "trading" for "claims handling," "lead qualification," or "incident triage", the architecture is the same.Ship a Skill of your own.
The Build Guide walks through publishing a Skill that any Mind on the platform can equip — the
same surface Superior Trade uses to plug into Mike's Bali fund.
